Search optimisation for Arabic sites has details English guides skip. Clear steps from keywords to site speed.
Most SEO guides are written for English, and Arabic is different: several forms of the same word, dialects that search with different words, and common spelling variations. Here is what we apply to our clients' Arabic websites.
Find the words your customer actually types
- Customers search for the same thing in several phrasings — cover them in your titles and content.
- Add the city when your business is local: "web design Riyadh".
- Don't ignore full questions: "how much does a website cost?" brings visitors ready to buy.
- Use English too, for people in the same region who search in it.
The invisible technical foundation
- A page per language at its own URL, linked with hreflang tags.
- A unique title and description per page containing its main keyword.
- A clean sitemap.xml and robots.txt.
- Structured data (Schema) that tells Google your company's name, logo and services.
- One canonical URL per page, so two copies of the same page never compete.
Mobile speed is ranking
Most searchers in the region browse on mobile, on networks that aren't always fast. WebP images, deferring what isn't visible right away, and dropping heavy scripts all show directly in your ranking and in how long visitors stay.
Useful content brings the visitor; a fast website keeps them.
Write to answer, not to stuff
Google rewards the page that clearly answers the searcher's question. Write articles that solve your customers' real problems, break them up with subheadings, and link them to your service pages. Artificially repeating a keyword hurts more than it helps.
At RVIOS we build websites search-ready from the first line: two languages, structured data, fast mobile performance and a sitemap that updates itself.
